Our Cars & Drivers

We have all comfortable 4×4 cars. These cars are perfectly designed to drive in the desert and make your journey as comfortable as possible. We use the same cars for pick / drop as well as for the tour. No need to switch any cars in between. You can choose between a private or sharing tour. If you book the private tour, the car is private for your full tour.

Our Drivers are professionals in the United Arab Emirates and all personally selected. They have a lot of knowledge about the cities and locations. We would describe them as friendly English Guides.

Private Cars / Group Tours:

You can book group tours with us. We can arrange bus tours or private cars for your group.

What to Wear / Food Allergies:

We advise to wear comfortable clothes and bring some warm clothes as the desert can cool down in the evening.

There is a wide ranging international buffet which offers vegetarian and many other options. There will be different rice dishes, vegetables, salads, Arabic bread, hummus and different meat options from the BBQ. Enough choices for young and old. All the food in the camp is Halal.

Food / Drinks / Alcohol

It is strictly not allowed to bring and consume your own food and drinks in the camp area. Exceptions are there for small baby’s and baby food. Please discuss with us before the event if this is the case for you and double check if it will be allowed on your trip.

Our packages don’t include Alcohol, for the desert safari tours Alcohol can be bought directly from the bar in the evening camp area.

Difference between VIP / Normal

With normal, you will have BBQ Dinner with buffet. With traditional Arabic floor seating with pillows and a lower table. The table is shared with other people from your car.
With VIP you will have a private VIP Table in the camp with all night waiter service for all your food and drinks.

Prices / Discounts:

We run on discounted prices by our website to ensure you get the best price for your tour. We don’t run excess discounts on any other platforms. The price displayed is already the discounted price that applies to the package. The mentioned prices are same for everyone to ensure fairness among all our guests. We don’t give additional discounts on the already discounted prices.

Bookings:

To make a booking, you can fill in the booking form.
We will get back to you with the confirmation and charges for your tour.

Payments:

We are a pay as you go company, you can pay by cash to the driver upon arrival.
Card payments are available on request. For online and card payments 5% VAT will be additionally charged on the price.

Changes / Rescheduling / Cancelations:

Changes/ Rescheduling and cancelations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour date.
In case of any changes/ cancelations shorter than 24 hours prior to the booking the charges are 50% of the total tour amount. In case of a cancelation within less than 2 hours before the tour/ or a no show, whole tour amount is due to pay. When failing to make the payment, legal steps will be taken. Quad/ Buggy Ride

Quad bike or Buggy ride is at your own risk. We’re not responsible in case of any losses/ accidents or damage. Driving is at your own responsibility. Please drive safe and carefully.

Can we find or tag you at Social Media Channels?

Yes, it would be our pleasure if you tag us in your social media posts. We also make pictures during the tours and we post them (with your consent) on our channels as well. You can find all our social media links in the social bar on top or at the bottom of this page. We’re looking forward to see your posts.
